Very basic but charming accommodation in the old town. It’s in a traditional house with all the famous wall decorations around doors and windows. Super beautiful and authentic!

We payed 1000 for two people, including half pension.
Beautiful courtyard to sit in, also beautiful rooms. Shared bathroom, bucket type.
Extremely quiet, mosques are far enough away and there is no cars in the old town.
You can drive to the place and they will suggest you where to leave your vehicle. Owner (elderly man) speaks good French.

Here are newly build streets even with working street lights but no houses on the premises. Also no construction process going on right now. Had a calm night parking on one of the streets. You can hear the main road of course but really silent when you park in the middle of this area. Not beautiful but you have your freedom and nobody is bothering you.

Hostel with rooms, breakfast and swimming pool and with structure to support motorhomes (parking, water, electricity and disposal point and area with barbecue) and external bathroom with hot water. It does not receive tents, therefore, it is not camping. Phone 27 99984-5933

Nice spot for one night. Rumbling noise from the quite distant highway can be heard all night long.

best campsite that we found in Chile the last 6 weeks, nice grassy place, very clean bathrooms, good restaurant and helpful owner Sergio. Price 12.000 clp p.P., washingmachine 6.000 clp for 8 kg

No more nice Campsite for Cars. you can Park next to the Café but it is full of Trash. The actual Campsite doesn't exist anymore. staff was friendly and the Café ist nice

pros - it's cheap, has free parking across the street - covered spots for motos and smaller vehicles, uncovered spots without height restrictions

cons - not very clean (I personally watched the housekeeper simply remake the beds with the same sheets in the dorms, even when the people had checked out. you'll be sleeping in someone else's filth), not enough bathrooms for the number of beds - they're always occupied and always running out of TP, rooms are bright and let in a lot of ambient light from the street at night, kitchen is small and dirty - again too small for the number of guests, hard to fight your way in to cook something during rush hour (7-9pm)

wifi is ok if you hang around near the routers and there's not too many people in the hostel, water is hot

- Objet of the letter : Demande d'autorisation de sortie du territoire national
- necessary détails : name of the border you will leave IC / enter Ghana // date of departure // brand of your véhicule + plate number
- take with you a copy of your passport and driving licence

We came to extend our visa and they are very quick and efficient but we couldn’t do it because the current visa needs to be expiring in 7 days or less, ours were 10 days so they told us to come back after a few days. I don’t know if this is applied to everyone but we are from the Group 2 countries. They also wanted 2 photocopies of the first page of the passport, 2 photocopies of the entry stamp and visa page and a photo (not sure if 1 or 2 since they didn’t say anything about me giving them 2).

Indeed a nice and organized well stocked store with more selection than others. They had laughing cow cheese!!

Still available option for windshield repair. Come here first for a quote and then they will send you to the shop where they do the actual work. It’s 500m towards the sea. It’s also on iOverlander!

Stayed one night. Ambient traffic noise but nothing too loud. We were the only rig, had room to use our slide out. Had 2 bars of Verizon.

Awesome. Easy to get into in our transit van. Beautiful views. Clean pit toilet. Nice hiking. Only 2 other cars. Popular climbing area. Other spots in the area. Easy to turn around.

Nice hike to a mirador overviewing town and the laguna and it's dog friendly! Didn't see anyone when went up it. Nice way to start the day. Route is on maps me and there's a spot for pedestrians to walk through the fence at the start.

its still 126 pppn and big rigs will fit, no problem for example on campsite 5 and a few others

the camp is quite cheap but the Bear is expensive

Uma ótima parada para fazer troca de óleo e manutenção em geral. Troquei pastilhas e óleo de motor. Bom atendimento honesto e excelente preço

very Nice and quiet place in nature. free. no facilitées.

the place is okay. but not welcoming. price 12$. the workers/volunteers are not here most of the time.
hot shower works sometimes, sometimes not. garbage is not being evacuated as needed.
but it's close to town and generally okay.

Luego de cruzar el puente Videla (chequear pronóstico en verano) sobre el río Quillinzo, se cruza un guardaganado y hay un acceso marcado como "parador los abuelos" dónde es posible acampar sin problemas. Abundante sombra, a pasos de una vertiente, de fácil acceso en auto común. Tiene lugar para asar, colgar la hamaca y resguardar la carpa y/o auto en caso de tormenta. Sin servicios de ningún tipo. Camping agreste. No prender fuego fuera del espacio indicado para ello. No dejar basura.
