We have spent a week here. A great, safe and quiet place in Bariloche, the owner Kevin is very friendly and helps you with everything. Although the area is not quite finished, it allows you to stay without problems. Highly recommended.

Beautiful setting on the banks of the Luanga River under shaded trees on grass. Friendly staff. Owner managed. Clean ablutions. Hot showers. Nice bar, Restaurant on a deck over the river and Pool area.

Resident Hippo's and even a Leopard heard /seen from time to time. The peace and greatness of creation is humbling.

Game drives arranged at reception @ USD50 pp + USD20 for SADC residents gate entrance fee. 5min drive to Lauangwa South NP. Can do self drive as well. Roads are overgrown and not same as on maps due to heavy flooding earlier. Self drive not recommended at the moment if you are not familiêr with the area.

Camping @USD15 pppn

I’m in a conversion van and tried to check in with security but was told I couldn’t stay. She said if it doesn’t have a flushing toilet then the inspection won’t pass. I could’ve probably stayed a night and gotten away with it but I was trying to do the right thing. Oh well. Just FYI

it's Really nice all the birds are singing. very nice building with info and clean bathrooms and water to refill water bottles. nice playground and shaded picnic table.

$14/night unless you have ATB pass, then it's $7. no hookups but there is trash cold showers n bthrms. covered picnic tables except the tent area, n they set up on pavement. gravel pads for rvs. nice amount of space between sites. not directly on the beach, but behind dunes n a short walk. no cellular or internet. quiet. there is a camp host. self pay/ fill out a form, drop in the box. cash, card or check.

Surprisingly quiet at night from 8pm to 5:30am (no trains at this time). And few trafic in the day (some trains and planes but it's not JFK nor CDG)

Just received a visit from Ranger: this location is closed to vehicular traffic May - October. They are running late this year closing gate. I must leave immediately.

place to avoid. I arrived on bicycle, the woman said 30 soles and after 35, the bathroom was dirty with shit, and the sheets not changed. When i ask for toilett papers, the woman asked me for 1, 5 soles. I left the place early and after 10 km of cycling the woman arrived on my side with a motocycle taxi, she asked me for the keys of the room ( on the door) and she was furious because i left his beautiful hotel "calladito" it s mean like a thief.

Great place close (easy walking distance) to the old town center. Young and very pleasant team is running the hostel. Sufficient space for a few campers. Ours, 8,6m long and 3.5m high, found space. No problem up to 9m length, provided you can increase ground/chassis clearance due to undulations.
