lemona1960 | Far corner of parking lot close to Valero. Came here because the last two possibilities didnât pan out and I was pooped. Arrived about 6pm and put window coverings up. Went in for groceries, came back out and hit the sack. No problems. Fairly quiet until in the morning early some person revving their hotrod at 5am. Cell coverage 3 bars. |

instagram.com/de.overlanders | Tried to walk there but the road is closed just after where the military domain is. Within seconds after arriving at the gate I had a drone above me. It stayed above me and kept following me for a few 100m while I was walking away. Kind of a strange moment.. đŹ |

dkinyua | Great place in Cabo, no WiFi or power or water for refilling but plenty of tranquility. The owner asked me to make a note that it's actually 15k per adult. When we arrived a staff member told us it was 20 for the van with 2 adults and 2kids. That honoured this price but asked to let people know it's 15. Also the fishermen there will sell fish and lobster. We bought lobster for 10k. |

patreon.com | Wild camp on the road at Yanarumi Mirador. it's a small gravel road up a hill. Only for narrow vehicles not big rigs. We had a few Shepherds pass by in the late afternoon. Very cold and misty through the night and morning. Safe and quiet. The signs to the Mirador are small wooden signs and quite faded so look carefully. |

Big rig ok. the access road is paved to this spot (after it's the track). space for or 4 vehicles. Super spot, calme (on entend un peu la route mais ce nâest pas gĂȘnant), magnifique vue, quelques dĂ©chets mais pas si sale que ça. lesptitsmalouins | After 30min of negotiations at the visitor center, we couldn't enter without a guide. We spoke with government officials, policeman and they won't let us in because apparently it is now mandatory. They told us it was because of accidents that happened it the past... We really didn't want to pay more than the entrance fee as the hike seems really easy and doable without a guide, but there were like 5-6 guys with government badges so we didn't have any choices. Guide is 35$ (private) and 3-4$ for a group (just wait for people to come there's a lot) |

robjansenphotography.com | Freddy and his team helped us a lot. We had problems with our fuel pump. After two other mechanics (who couldn't solve our problem) Freddy could solve it. He worked for more than 10 years for an official Toyota dealer. So he has a lot of knowledge about Toyota cars. The neighborhood isn't the best to wait outside with your mobile phone in your hand. They have a waiting room upstairs with WiFi, coffee and potable water. Highly recommended! Good luck! |

ALTRGO.BUS | We discovered Lo de Marcos little town as we were looking for a spot to sleep before the crazy Sayulita city. WOW ! Felt in love right away with this place, locals are so nice and there are lots of little local shops and nice vibe. We stay on this street parking spot for 4 nights and no one bothered us, people were curious about our rig and stopped by to talk (mostly gringos) Also, it was super calm at night but it is currently low tourist season |

robjansenphotography.com | I tried to extend our SOAT with three months, but they were having problems with the system. I asked if it was possible otherwise for three months. The lady said that she needs a copy of the documents (Dian tip papers, ownership car, passport and old soat) and send it to their office in BogotĂĄ. That would take 2-3 working days, but she couldn't say if it would be possible. I also contacted this company online and they said only yearly is possible. So not sure if it is possible. Good luck! |
