nice spot, very close to downtown. wifi access.

Shane, the owner is a great guy! check with him if it's okay to stay. the open next week for the summer season. after that only night parking (after 9pm I think) and leaving in the morning until 9-10 am I suggest.

They said they do not allow overnight parking.

This place is still open! Here you have to do all the paperwork when you're traveling from Argentina to Chile.

This is about my third time overnighting here. Always pleasant. So many birds, so much nature. The mosquitoes have never been a problem for me.

I’m in a van. There are grassy areas next to the parking lot that would be perfectly fine for tenting.

This place is no longer available for overnight parking per a city ordinance according to the person at the hotel lobby. We were unable to spend the night here.

Very nice view! There is enough space for big rigs. There are two paths to get there, but the left didn‘t work. So take the right one! To the city its a 15 min walk. To get back you can take a tuktuk. They drive up the hill!

Quiet, and fairly dark. There's a water feature beside this spot. We were one of two people parked for the night. Lots of room for larger vehicles (although I'd imagine the summer would be more cramped). Nothing posted saying cannot park overnight

Little campsite near the main road, but quiet at night. Although the campsite (and its facilities) were closed, we stayed here without any problems.

Parked here tonight. 1 other RV. Is incredibly quiet and appears to be a safe neighborhood

As the other spot closeby is not accessible anymore we drove a bit further down the track. There is a big grassy area with trees for shade and shelter from the wind. Some cows around. This is the end of the track so very unlikely that people will pass by. 4x4 necessary as you need to cross a small but rocky stream and the descend to the grassy area is steep and can be muddy.

A little spot to rest for a night. Space for 1-2 Vans. The street is close but did not bother us much. The dorrst is good for a walk.

If you can going to camp at this location please be aware that this a Busy take out for paddlers on the Takhini River. This is one of the most popular day trips in the Yukon. PLEASE do not park/camp in the spot that is right next to the river - there is a ramp/short trail that comes up from the river- it is very obvious. This is the take out for river trips. Especially busy on weekends in May/June. Often with large groups. Parking in front of this spot makes taking out for paddling groups a challenge. If you do camp here please park on the other end of the parking lot (closer to the highway) . Full disclosure I run a paddle school that uses this river lots in the summer and wanting to educate users of Ioverlander of the use of this parking site and how best to avoid conflict with local users as there are no signs. Please keep a clean spot, dont cut green trees.

all to viset the beach and the park.

people are friendly did not feel unsafe.

this place near the biggest mall in zagreb the arena , very clean , back yard secure with gate free parking for motorcycle and cars , 35 euro for single bed very clean share bathroom, neighbourhood very safe ...very recomended they also have inside bedroom

Two wild comping spots available on the 16 000ha reserve. Campers must be completely self sufficient. Both sites have a wind protected fire place and wood can be provided. Camping places are only accessible with a four wheel drive vehicle. Limited cell phone coverage available and Wi-Fi is available at the lodge. Wide open spaces and very quiet, best place to view the stars!

Small unmanned Gas Station. Diesel and Regular available. No other services.

I know the area very well. Use to live down the street. Very nice parking lot with lots of food options while you’re in the area. Very quiet at night. This community supports Van Life/Nomads so you’ll have no issues staying over night 🤘🏾❤️🤘🏾

This is a dispersed, wild camping spot off of the goldfields highway around 104 km north of Kalgoorlie it’s fairly close to the road but there’s not a lot of truck traffic at night. The train tracks are on the other side of the road and there are very few trains. It’s well hidden enough. It looks like it’s been used by a few people on many occasions, no rubbish, bins, or toilets, and no water.

Nice campsite. Price it's normally 300 rand for two for a place but we had a discount because hot water wasn't working. So the owner give us some wood to lite a fire to boil some water. So we paid 200 rand. So very nice of him.
The camp is very nice shame that it's so close to the road. A bit noisy.
Braï spot. Bag of wood 40 rand. They Oslo have ice if needed.
For a spot on this route it's nice.

Next to the road there is a huge Baobab tree, worth a visit. Could be also a great place to camp.

camped here with our ground tent pretty visible from the road. a brown hyena visited us during the night, maybe attracted my the smell of two cyclists ;)

Quite and wind protected place in between granit rocks. No cars around, you may here them on the gravelroad. We slept here one night. Good MTC conection on top of the rocks.
