Some nice campsite by a lake. Beautiful views. Clean ablutions with hot water. When calling the owners they are very friendly and helpful. we called late in the evening twice and they helped us. The gate had a code you can get if you are coming in late. R200pppn. We paid one of the workers the next morning. Number: 072 249 0408

Great spot for a night or two! Close to stores, no “no camping/overnight parking” signs, and pretty quiet! The whole stretch is several blocks long and there’s tons of space.

We contacted CG CAMPERS on two occasions this year for problems in the cell of our Laika motorhome. For a problem of water infiltration on the nasturtium windows and changing the blinds the first time. A few months later to fix the toilet then identify and repair a leak under the kitchen sink. Not to mention many small DIY projects that allow us to extend the life of our equipment (table, chair, etc.).
High quality work, we made a detour on our journey of almost 2400km from Santiago de Chile to get here, one of the rare places where we can have confidence in the repairs carried out. A must for travelers to South America.
CG Campers knows how to reassure, repair, advise and guide (if the problem is not in its area).
Not to mention the welcome given by the family and the pleasant space to park during repairs.
We were able to get back on the road with complete peace of mind thanks to them.
A big thank you!

I paid to park here until midnight on a Friday. It was then free until 8am on Saturday. Daytime parking is a little pricey and has a 6 hour maximum, but it’s in a great location for restaurants and bar hopping. There’s some street noise and you hear people walking home at 2am, but it was a pretty quiet spot in the heart of downtown Austin. It was relatively easy to find a spot big enough for my van at 4pm, so that’s a big win! I had 5g service on my phone, and there’s a grocery store across the street.

Both loops were open when we came in, but we were getting a little bit of snow due to a storm rolling through. The lava caves here are AMAZING! The campground looks well-kept and easy to get around in. A lot of the sites are on the pavement and are parallel to the main loop. That may be more of an issue with more people, but there were very few there the night we stayed.

Amazing tour with Smiley !
I decided to book with him directly as to help his way into independence. He quoted me the price of 200€ for 2 nights with 3 tours accommodation drinks and Nationalpark entrance included. Smiley is super friendly and very knowledgeable of the local area. Unfortunately kairoh garden does not pay a fair wage so i recommend booking with him directly.

Nice areas and clearings for set up. You’ll find the occasional shotgun shells and trash around, but nothing major. We were able to find a clearing surrounded by trees, and about 100 ft in diameter. On the northern side of the forest, there were little cacti all over the ground, so not a great area for those with pets, but none found on the southern side. Easy driving in and out, wouldn’t recommend a 5th wheel or anything crazy large.

caRV baRV alive & dead. 1 RV & me & my caRV. Weather bounced a bunch I bet but Yuma County cars parked where 1/2 a dozen or so of us camped a few years ago is dying. Weekend bar/club scene also dying down this late Friday early Saturday

Rosa and Claudio are lovely people, very helpful and caring. I stayed for three nights in a private bedroom for 15.000 CLP per night, including a very nice breakfast. This is the cleanest and neatest hostel I have seen. They are a bit strict, though. Great kitchen facilities. Warm communal spaces, but bedrooms are a bit cold. All in all, I really recommend this place.

It became a serious party and cruising spot on Saturday night after dark. There were two parties with fires, really load thumping music and the usual revving of engines etc. I ended up leaving. Friday night wasn't too bad. Weeknights were good. 2 bars Verizon

We went there after our puppy went sick. We came without appointment, wich was no issue, even if they had a lot of people waiting. The doctor was very professional, friendly and explained every little step. After a first check, they made a supersonic for our puppy to find out what’s going on. For the treatment they gave us two options. Endoscopy or medical treatment. They advised us the medical treatment. At the end the doctor was almost one hour with us, our puppy/teenager got two shots, 3 different kinds of medications and we only paid 500pesos. In 4 month with our puppy this was the best veterinarian experience we had!

For us a perfect place to camp in Ville de Leyva. Right at the entrance of town, walking distance to the center and plenty of space. We arrived on a Saturday and stayed for three nights. We checked with a security post when we arrived and he told us it’s fine and safe and pointed the security cameras out for us. Even on the weekend it was not super busy.

A great spot. Top view to Olympus! Flat meadow, plenty of space in nearly 1500m height.
The way up is rocky and steep and sometimes muddy. only 4x4. The track continues, but after 1km there is the border to the NP and a clear Stop sign.
Don't approach through the village, very narrow!
There are two little ponds with water, but not for drinking or swimming.

Very pleasant family campsite and the welcome is warm! The grass to put your tent is soft. The cost is 5 SOL per tent (after negotiation) but the shower is cold, the hearty breakfast is at 10 SOL and the hearty dinner is at 15 SOL. Wifi (free) is fast. I highly recommend!

This place on the edge of town is a good basic option. we paid 7000 for a basic room. nothing special and shared a bucket shower room and toilet. But not a busy place and everything was clean and a mosquito net was provided. Bicycles can be kept in the corridor/rooms. There is no obvious parking

Actually correction from my last post - the next morning, the staff member said because he had asked us to fill both our names in we now needed to pay 14000 rather 7000.. otherwise they will be taxed. If you are by yourself the price should be 7000 but if you are together don't both fill the form out. Either the staff member was friendly and didn't want his boss to take it out of his wages for his mistake.

Site often used by canoeists to put into the Southwest Miramichi River. Established fire pit. Solid dirt driveway with good turning spot and flat area to park. We camped in our converted Dodge Caravan but a good spot for tents also.

A beautiful hotel and restaurant overlooking the sea. The rooms were out of budget for me, but for 10,000 CFA you can have a nice meal (grilled fish, pizza etc.) and enjoy the beach beds and the pool ! A really nice spot for a lazy day.
