sbartlett0527 | This place absolutely ruled. we decided to go for a swim too, but when we showed up, there were only 20 minutes left of swim time and the big pool was closed so they let us go to the small pool for free. Showers also got hot real fast ☺️ |

francklecours | Very long Road block. We passed in front on everybody by the left lane. They ask for 500 pesos but they finally accept 200. The other road to go to tonala was blocked too… |

priscillia.fourtane | Plenty of space available at the back of the parking. A little bit noisy as the highway is close but it’s bearable. There was no other van / rv that night but it feels safe. |

hourlesslife.com | We weren’t sure what to expect, but there was a wonderfully friendly man named Obed manning the front gate, and he told us to follow the road to the office at the end for camping. They were super welcoming and happy to see us, especially because it was so quiet on a Wednesday. We were the only people there other than staff. 120 Q for two adults/1 child. We parked near the restrooms. Not all toilets flushed and bathroom sinks didn’t have water. But the showers did have cold water, which was so welcomed given the intense heat. There’s also a covered area with a sink for dishes. We weren’t able to find a water spigot to fill our Lifesaver. Rescued a possum who was stuck in a trashcan and listened to the howler monkeys at night. There are a lot of activities and we could’ve done them before 4 p.m., but we were tired after Tikal. Definitely recommend. |

fuchs.anouk | Beautiful spot surrounded by wine and olive trees. In the morning some local joggers ran by. Around 9:30 am some friendly park rangers came and told us „no camping“. We left and it was no problem. |

david.heap | I wasn’t too sure about this hotel from the outside, as there does even appear to be a name, just a huge Hotel sign, but I arrived late and was desperate. Great hotel! Just $250MEX solo. Big double room with a good hot shower. Nice firm bed and pillows. The door locks on the inside, but there is no key. The guy downstairs didn’t seem to think one was needed, and I wasn’t too worried, as rooms are internal. There was a descent sized walled car park from what I could see too. I don’t worry about wifi, so don’t know if it has it or not. |

Humble Bumble | Nice spot just 1 mile off the pavement. Requires reservation/permit. If you pick your line in the difficult sections you should be ok in 2WD but it is a 4x4 trail so use your common sense. Rocky area but flat. Marked clearly so easy to find. No Verizon or AT&T LTE. No shade. Pack it in, pack it out along with the previous tenants trash. No fires |

kjoye8 | I called and asked if I could stay overnight. I was told that because it’s a brewery people frequently leave their cars and I would not be towed. She didn’t exactly say “yes” but gave reasons why I could. I stayed with no issues. Two bars Verizon. Quiet after brewery closed at 9 pm. |
