Beautiful area, gorgeous lake full of fish. There are a few established sites and 2 pit toilets, also room for bigger rigs on the flat between sites. Stayed for 12 days and at times it was busy especially on the Friday of labour day weekend when some local kids parties right behind us until 4am and left a huge fire burning and garbage behind. Most of the time it was quiet with 1or 2 other campers. Lots of dragonflies so very few mosquitoes. There are 3 beaver lodges around the lake. Saw a fox, loons and even a pack of wild horses one morning. Besides the rowdy teens, the locals are sweet and friendly. Absolutely loved it here 10/10

Nice spot just off the highway next to a beautiful flowing creek. Has a rock fire pit and room for 1-3 vehicles. There's another spot just above. I chose this spot because it had a nice flat area. Just stayed for one night.

Busy little park just beside the 132. People coming down for dinner and to watch the sunset. Fairly quiet and should be even more so as the evening wears down. Music from the park across the river can be heard. Pleasant. Beautiful sunset

Peaceful beautiful place. Lots of private spots to choose from. Light traffic noise. Close to highway. Minimal trash. Lots of hiking possibilities.

Established pull off with fire circle. We are biking early in the a.m. and there are no available campgrounds nearby. No signage prohibiting camping.

This location took us down a 8 to 12 mile up a hill road where we saw three campsites and we parked in the largest one which was about at the end of the road these exact coordinates. Otherwise the road does a big turn around big enough for a big rig or a pull through. The road is maintained but has washboard sections along The way. Mostly wooded area with nice sightings of deer. I am in a van 2 Wheel Dr. and my friend was there a C class and we made it up here just fine. Very little cell service. We’re just going to camp for the night. When you get to the end of the trail if there’s two sections that take you off where you could go on 4 x 4 roads somewhere up the mountain we didn’t take them. They looked pretty rugged.

Great food! Local meat and original vegetarian option with quinoa. Friendly staff and nice styling of the restaurant. Normal potions and low prices. Recommended!

Once you’re on Game Refuge Rd, there are a bunch of turnouts and several side roads that also end in little turn around where you can stay. One of them even goes next to a little marsh and lake. Check out a satellite view and you can find many other spots to sleep in this area.
Overall, we love it. It is a very quiet, no road noise especially if you go back a little bit, and the other people sleeping around here have been great.
Not the best for tents, but it can be done.

Forest Service put up dispersed camping signs. 14 day limit. Plenty of open sites on a Thursday night, but hard to park more than one car at any site.

Easy access no problem parking highway and sirens get loudish but still a good place to park. One night stay with about 6 other vans and a few cars in the lot would definitely stay again if in the area

No parking between 22pm and 6pm. Would be great to delete this place from the map.

The view of Chimborazo is fascinating, I have never been so close, the payment is 15 dollars per person, you can also camp for 5 dollars per tent.

Mr.Reza has created a nice place to visit the sand dunes of Varzaneh. There are toilets available and water, but not sure if you can drink it. Had tea, shisha and fire roasted corn with his son and friends. Good people. Excellent view of the dunes and, rather fresh in the evening.

The smog is indeed atrocious - visibility was maybe 20 meters. However, the entire tunnel is now lit and the road surface is smooth and dry - I didn't see any potholes. on a motorcycle I would absolutely recommend wearing an N95 mask if you have one.

Quiet spot with a view up a gravel road. Arrived at 1am, stayed until 10:30 with a few locals coming by in the morning, no one bothered us. Good for one night.

Lovely campsite with 2 pools, restaurant and bar. Rafting organised here. camp with private ablutions and power, directly at the river under palm trees. stayed 3 nights and loved it here!
