The 5 miles of dirt road from the highway is easy in any vehicle. We’re in a 40’ RV with a tow and had no problem. No one else here as of 7:30pm.

There’s a clean pit toilet and maybe 8 designated spots. A few spots are perfect for big rigs. Mostly level. Picnic tables and metal fire pits at church each site.

No water in the reservoir but plenty of birds. I’ve seen a bunch of animal tracks, mostly cow probably.

Stayed here a few times without asking. No issues other than a few loud locals doing a impromptu race in the middle of the night one time.

I campground is just OK. The price is now $20. There are only a few water spigots scattered here and there. Nothing remarkable about this campground. However, the canyon is beautiful

Probably one of the cleanest campsites I've been too in Florida. The many trash cans have covers and are not overflowing. PortaPotie are clean with a service log. Campsite was a huge open area with a massive tree canopy. River is typical dark water.

Restaurant of the state in a very nice building and close to the terminal if you are going to viñales with the Camion is a good option...prices around 0.65$ and 2,50$ dolars, chicken, pork and beef, salad, vianda and rice.

CAD 20 (firewood provided, honour system), small campsite, sites in tall mixed forest, tables, firepits, very quiet. Black bear around campsite reportedly.

Parfait pour un arrêt rapide pour la nuit. Autoroute donc bruyant mais on se sentait en sécurité. Nous avons été seuls pour la nuit. Adéquat pour motorisé peut-être moins pour une tente.

What a cool little parking haven this is. We rolled in as it was getting dark and to our relief came upon this wooded area. We felt safe the entire night, no one else came through. No knocks, no issues. A few trucks entered the lot next door to haul out some downed trees at 7am. Landfill and recycling here. Trails are closed overnight.

Great spot. Peaceful, beautiful views, bathrooms. Keep it clean!

I was here yesterday and the Colorado river is nowhere near here.

Pull off on the side of the forest service road. Overlooks the River, but there are def better views on this road. Pretty view of the mountain and very peaceful/quiet and private. You could fit a few vans or an rv/tow behind. No cell reception (Verizon) I did have reception until about 10 minutes out. No facilities, though there are bathrooms just down the road.

Big lot, very busy during the day, quieter at night. Train goes by across the river occasionally. People start showing up pretty early. Washrooms were unlocked the whole night I was there. Bike path to downtown.

May2022 Large gravel area opposite casino on main highway. $10/night, $20/week. Pay at White House behind fence behind the lot. His ph no is on the fence. Safe, noisy busy road.

No signs of no overnight parking, a few people until sunset and a very quiet night . Nice river view. We can hear trains far away that didn’t bother our sleep .

Mauricio es un excelente anfitrion, se puede hacer voluntariado para ioverlander. Pasamos unos dias maravillosos aprendimos del lugar, dusfrutanos.la playa y el despegue y practica de los vuelos. Nice place to stay overnight, beautiful and quiet. No structure.

Very good breakfast 👍🏻 and coffee and a good place to get information from the South Africans working there .

Rather expensive camping (paid 250 pesos per per person per day+night), but very nice people, well maintained and a paradise like environment. We really liked the variety of birds here and the refreshing swims in the river. Most locals only spend the day here, so in the night it is very quiet. There are nice, clean hot showers and some mobile reception but not very good. We ended up staying 5 nights.

kinda like a free version of Media Luna but more beautiful for not having concrete installations. We were there on a Monday and there was one other couple camping in a tent. Big trees for shade and beautiful crystal clear water. The road to get out is tedious but worth it.

It's nice for a overnight stop. The asked for 50.000 UGX now. The 20.000 UGX mentioned before in this App was a Covid-19 price, he said. After quite long negotiations he agreed with 30.000 UGX ppn.

Nice quiet spot for the night. Junipers add a perfect aroma and shade. Further up the FS rd the worse the Verizon. Stayed about 3/4 mile from Hwy. 1 to 2 bars with 5 down & .68 upload

IF you like seafood, don‘t miss the restaurant. The grilled seabass was excellent and if you like raw fish, take the amazing „Mix Crudo“. An experience you rarely find in Europe.

This is really an awesome place but the coconut trees may be in another one, nevertheless you can choose a good spot to stay and explore the beach.

De fato um lugar ótimo, os coqueiros é que devem estar em outro canto. De qualquer forma vc pode escolher um bom ponto para ficar e explorar a praia.

Beautiful looking over the cliff and La Sal mountain area. It’s BLM so okay to camp here. We got in mid way with our front wheel drive Ford Fiesta. We did coke here in dry season however. Just go SLOW. Totally worth it and would be great for group camping. Rock fire pits. Bring lots of water.
