This is a great spot. Standard desert privacy (none) and lots of people, but plenty of space to spread out - there are multiple entrances along W Courthouse Rd. The 360 mountain view’s are spectacular. 3 bars LTE Verizon.

Private parking near house mother from Senhor Blas (Guisset en El Meco). His brother live also here. Quiet place. Nearby a campsite. Mr Blas is very sympatic. He asked us for 100 pM for our RV and 2 adults and 2 children. Telephone number is on the picture.

Works great! Tastes delicious too. Gate is open from 9am-3pm. Beautiful view of the rocks up close.

Pulled out 7000 pasos from my American account, it said the charge was 18.56.

Fairly large, flat pulloff off tiger road. No "no camping" signs, we stayed here because the next site up tiger road is closed in the winter. A surprising number of cars driving by until about 9 at night and starting up again at 7 am but no one bothered us

Super rad landscape and easy (some uphill hike) to the cave...this is a must stop!

Great place to stay. Camping area 1+3 are close to the road, 4 is where we stayed. To reach 4, follow the little road that starts at 3 to El Ranchito. If you don't have an offroad vehicle check first by foot if you want to drive there.
Very quite during the week and at night. gets more busy on a Friday evening and weekends.
Fee station looks permanently closed.

Restrooms at Peralta trailhead, no overnight camping but good if ya don’t wanna dig a hole!

Only went to the restaurant for a pizza. Decent sized and tasted ok. Took a looong time to get it, over an hour. But probably the best there is in Mpika.

You can access by motorcycle but not all the way down.

I hadn't booked, I wasn't sure how far I'd make it that day. I arrived, the welcome was terse, they were full. I asked for a camping spot overnight as I was exhausted she said she could help. I was shown a rough spot in the bush. No shower, no water access, a small pile of wood fee was R150 for myself and a small van. If I had been informed this was all I was being offered and the cost before I drove 1 km into the bush I would have considered a different option. The place was also swarmed by mosquitos and zero signal.

Wild camping spot ready for a morning start at the border. Ground was dry as we were here in April and had no problems getting out and back with a 98 Land Cruiser, but would not recommend in the rainy season. Unbothered all night, saw warthog, jackal and pelicans.

Huge, huge lot and I was the only camper. Right off the interstate, but I didn’t hear much noise after 9. Steak and Eggs were the best start to this Sunday morning.

die Nachbarn sind sensibilisiert, camper sind nicht erwünscht, bei uns kam sofort jemand raus aus dem Haus, es gibt wohl zuviel Obdachlose in Autos, außerdem Strasse sehr schief und grösser 22 Foot und höher 7Foot oft verboten, viel Verkehr, nachts recht leise

Very clean laundromat. Staff on hand to help if needed. Lots of machine and they look new. They also have a variety of sizes of washers including some for a 80lb load. Clean restroom for customers.

we have not slept there, it's just in front of a residential neighbourhood and felt it wasn't appropriate.

Such an awesome and beautiful spot. We went to city of rocks without a reservation, but I highly recommend reserving a spot online before coming to make sure you do get a camp site. All the spots were already reserved so the staff informed us we could stay in overflow parking. Was $8 per night for overflow. You’re able to see sunrise and sunset, hike trails, and explore the rocks

Nice place, but we didn't stay as its mangroves and it wasn't windy so we were scared of the mosquitoes. Narrow road to get there. Added pic of the place.

Beautiful sunset views. No problems. Road was quiet from 10 to 5. Patchy att and no tmobile. Early sunrise hikes in Mendocino followed by incredible eggs benedict at Good Life Cafe for a costly, but worth it, treat!

As described. I ask the guy if I can take 2 gallons of fresh water coming from the well. He said ok. I didn't ask to fill the tank because he was hesitating already for the 2 gallons. Well, thank you Fred !
On a arrêté là pour remplir le réservoir. On a rencontré le propriétaire qui passait. Comme il hésitait, je lui ai juste demandé 8 litres d'eau pour boire. Il a accepté. De la bonne eau venant d'un puits. Merci Fred !

Outstanding spot with several sites each with picnic tables firepits and bbq stands. Most even had shelters.

You can reach this view point by a small trail which is marked on ioverlander. I uploaded a picture from the beginning of the trail.
You don't need to hike up all the way to the antennas to see the whole Laguna:) To get to this point it's 15 minutes uphill.

Easy overnight before/after crossing the Mexican border. Slept farthest from the entrance, near Starbucks, and didn't have any issues. Store closes at 11 PM. Several trash cans in the parking lot. 1-2 bars of 5G on ATT.

the place as change, it's now a dirt road (in construction with excavator), very muddy.
pretty sure it's private, but no sign. realy not a good place now, seem like there is going to be a house devloppement there
