Still here and still delicious! Perfect lunch portions, the lentil soup was excellent. Great place to have lunch! They also sell fresh whole grain buns. Now 10K for a large menu del dia (awesome deal!). They also sell ghee and other health food items as mentioned below.

First, the road to access is very steep and very poor. very steep and not well maintened.. second, they asked us 10000pp for one night, including children !!! (same price for adults and children !!). the place seemed nice but with very few services. Really not worth the money... no way to discuss.. we didn't stay.

Stayed four days at one of the dry camp sites; a slab, a table, with beach about 50 meters away. Used Park as home base to explore island. Very windy, spent little time of the beach, but it was very clean by third coast standards. Next move, Surfside beach

Here you can go to « Gogotinkpon natural spa ». You take a boat to go on the mangrove where they’ve built an ecological place. You can take a clay bath / mask, have a Shea massage and enjoy a beautiful meal. Everything next to the lake Ahémé where you can swim. They also have rooms and places for tent. The owner, Dieudonné is absolutely wonderful and the people working there too. Arriving from Qena we had no problem arriving at night (21h30) to Safaga

Black Prong Equestrian Village is a 90-acre equestrian resort with full hook-up pavered RV pads, cottages, tiny homes, and horse stalls for rent.

Namibia side take like 5 minutes.

South Africa side was quick at the immigration but at the custom takes almost an hour... They did not know what to do.

First they told us that we do not have to do anything for our car, we said that normally we should do a TIP or the carnet but they did not know about that... So we asked around and same answer... So we get up in our car when a custom manager called us and told us that the person that we had at the desk did wrong and we have to do a TIP or stamp the CPD...
Si be care you really need a TIP or a CPD especially if you have a left hand car.
Only few people know what to do so ask for a manager if they do not want to do nothing.

Important : The CPD is not required for South Africa. You can give them the CPD if you have it. But if you do not have it they can do a TIP for 6 month. Free of charge.

Plain street parking so no facilities, but if you ask kindly the police might help you out.

Stayed here three nights during a big snow storm and had no issues! Good Verizon reception. For the last two nights we were joined by a couple semis who stayed the night but there’s plenty of space. Great views of the mountains around. Cows roaming nearby too!

Very quiet and peaceful nights sleep in a safe area

No Diesel in 150 km distance. this place is Not a real fuel Station but you can get Diesel from Pasquale in 5 Liter cans and refill in front of His House in the street. copec price is 1.13 His price is 1.40, which is fair enough. at the Moment there ist a big boat in front of house in the street. gazoel is available at the Harbour.

Here you can view the 2 small men on a hill. Just take the gravel road marked by stones and follow it to the view point

We cooked 3 hours here, bought on market and cooked in the local kitchen, it was an amazing experiences and very good food

We got here after a rafting tour with the company “Adrenalina Rafting” on the Rio Pacuare. We would recommend to book a day tour with them. It’s really fun.
You end up here at a Restaurant. They have showers.
Maybe you could use the showers without doing a tour. Just als kindly.

Good place if you need something solar for your rig. They have connectors, tools, controler, etc… Very friendly and good service !
