Stayed here for a night, parked towards the back of the car park. Surprisingly quiet

4WD definitely recommend.

Trail: Rocky / deeply-grooved walls in sections. Went off-trail in a couple of spots — thought I may get stuck.

Spot: The views of Capitol Reef, in the horizon, make this spot a pretty special one. No other campers around.

Internet: AT&T 2 bars - 34 down / 1 up

Propane refills. I don’t think they have blue rhino swaps. Just a filling station

Wow, amazing hospitality from the owners of this enormous restaurant. They absolutely insisted that we come in and eat dinner for free. We asked to share the salmon and steak but no… they gave us each a huge plate of food - lunch for tomorrow! We left a very big tip and gave the owner (Julio) a thank you card.
In the morning the manager of the breakfast restaurant came to our van and invited us in for breakfast too, on the house. We just couldn’t do it so we grabbed a coffee and used the bathroom only. We were overwhelmed by their generosity.
All the staff have been instructed to welcome visitors and they sure do.
Wonderful place and had a quiet night sleep as well. There is a water tap out back to fill your tank before you leave.
Wonderful place, let’s keep it that way!

Large gravel lot on the northeast (not southwest) corner of 5th and Oregon. Adjacent to municipal court and police dept offices. Look for the sign that says “48 hour parking”. Quiet area. Stayed one night in our 21’ van. Woke up next to a sheriff’s truck— he was working on his truck engine and didn’t bother me. Note: there was a slight sewage odor outside at one point during the evening— there may be a treatment plant nearby. 2 bars Verizon.

wrong place, look at the other place in iOverlander close to here. But FLO is now Energy Park and they don't accept international credit cards.

Nice and quiet place. No one cared, and no one bothered us.
Scenic, Beach access, nice.
Some local folks in the evening, left at about 8:00pm. Partying might be a problem here in summer.
When you get here, you might want choose the second parking lot a few hundred meters up the road. Might be more level and quieter concerning other visitors, but we didn’t check it out.

Nice little single track road leads up the hill from either direction with plenty of small laybys along the way… the coordinates are to a layby with a decent valley view.

Showers at 4$ with good pressure. I had some cold and hot water. Clean and big spaces.

Douches à 4$, avec une bonne pression. j'ai eu de l'eau chaude et de l'eau froide, je ne pense pas qu'on puisse régler. C'était propre et les espaces sont grands.

Stayed here two nights in a row, no issue. Plenty of regular sized parking, not a lot of big rig/trailer sized parking. Restrooms are clean, there’s picnic tables, a dump station, nonpotable water

good place for travellers. we spent the night here, super safe. ask the security guards where to stay. It's a little noisy, but it doesn't get in the way.

Worth mentioning this place. Quite affordable, fast wifi, hot shower(tried and true), fully-equipped kitchen with full array of utensils to compliment your gourmet meals, washing machine(!), heater in living space and bedroom for our cold, late May stay. Place is very spacious.

He let us put our bicycles(2) inside but if there’s more bikes, he has space in his backyard. The apartment has 2 rooms but we only have access to the matrimonial room. Common livimg space can accommodate 4 and will be comfortable. The owner, Daniel is great. Whatapp: +54 9 2966 41-4227

Paved parking area to camp on under shade trees. Ablution has no lights or hot water.

Fees USD15 pppn plus USD15 to enter. No SADC agreement.

We had a personal guided tour through the Livingston mimorial by Mr. Patson Mumba. We entered the actual hut Livingston passed away in as well as the place his heart was burried where the current monument is erected and a very informative Information Center.

What an awesome experience. The mission work started by Livingstone was confirmed by the Government of Zambia that this country will be a Christian country! Glory to God.

Nós ficamos aqui em frente , porque foi mais fácil estacionar. Nosso motor home é grande.

As pessoas nos atenderam muito bem, não quiseram cobrar, então usamos os serviços do restaurante para retribuir.

The campground is called Eagle Rock. We had a beautiful place next to the river. If you don’t need water or hook-ups, for $10 this place is hard to beat. Clear north sky if you have Starlink

Great campground with no one else camping; a couple of people fishing. Nice sites for small vans/campers and tents. First loop vault toilets are pretty rustic; toilets on the other two loops are better. $10/night. Haven’t seen the mountain lion or bear yet…

Slept here in 2018 when I drove the Americas and again this week (doing it again, lol). Still pretty cool and safe spot, beach is super peaceful during the week, no cars with loud music, no couples arriving late. Weekends anything can happen :) asked if they would give me a discount if I stay a week, he said yes, that he would charge me 300 pesos for six nights and give me the last night for free. But I ended up going to sleep in another place (the pin called Ensenada) close to downtown so I could be walking distance to everything. If you need an outlet here to charge whatever device, there’s one in the taco stand, and they dont open during the week.

as described (I'm actually parked off the corner of the huge parking lot) but this tap is "BYOT" - bring your own tap! there's no knob.
I took a picture - it's not on the Staples wall, it's on the corner of the mall by the big propane tank
